Bún (Thịt Nướng) Chả (Giò) Quê – Grilled Pork Noodle with Fried Spring Rolls.
At Quê, we take the traditional Bún Thịt Nướng Chả Giò to another level. Try Bún Chả Quê in 3 different offerings: Pork, Beef, and Salmon.
Not to confuse with Bún Chả Hà Nội, this is an improved version of HCMC’s. Tendered, well-marinated pork grilled to perfection (if you don’t come during peak hrs) in glazing sauce. Drizzle the Viet’s national sauce (Fish sauce), give the dish a light toss, anddd dig in!
“Chả” here refers to the Chả Giò – Fried Spring Rolls as what people from the southern part of the country called. Some call it “Nem”. “Chả” also refers to the grilled pork patty in Bún Chả Hà Nội. That’s why we prefer customer to tell us they want Fried Spring Rolls even they are Vietnamese because we need to make sure we get it right. Vietnamese do get lost in our own translation as well :).
Unlike the traditional version, customers have the options to add in additional toppings like fried spring rolls, fresh spring rolls, vegetable (broccoli), fried egg, or upsize the pork to make it a fulfilled, healthy and balanced meal. We make sure you go home belly-happy!
Despite different customers prefer different dishes, this is definitely the crowd’s favourite. Read reviews from miss Tam Chiak and Ladyironchef on this dish:
